Aldershot Neighbourhood - Living In Burlington, Ontario
If you're all about nature, community, waterfronts & hillside homes... Aldershot might just be your dream neighbourhood!
Hard to believe that the picture above was taken during a visit to La Salle Park with the family & is just one example of how much the conservation efforts of the Royal Botanical Gardens (we will talk more about the RBG shortly) impacts the local wildlife ❤️

Originally known as Port Flamborough & then the Village of Aldershot, it was amalgamated by the City of Burlington back in 1962, but it's taken on a recent transformation which has boosted it's already desirable vibes!

The Modernization of Aldershot
Once upon a time, Aldershot only had 2 main ways in or out & it was a long drive out for anyone who lived in the middle of the neighbourhood.
Luckily we now have 403/QEW access from Waterdown Rd which also happens to be home of the much loved Aldershot GO TRAIN Station.
This has opened up the commuting corridor & created a renewed demand & younger demographic for the community 👏🏼
